Shipping and Payment Information

Shipping: we ship all orders within 3 business days from the date we receive your payment. Delivery to most metropolitan cities usually takes 10-14 business days. Please note, that there are delays around Christmas holiday due to holiday shipping traffic.

Orders will be shipped using a Registered Air Mail (your signature is required upon delivery). The shipping will be handled by respective government postal services of the countries where the orders are being shipped to. For example, in the USA it is USPS. You can track your order at www.17track.net using a registered mail number we will provide in a shipping confirmation.

Upon your request we can ship using Fedex, DHL or  ARAMEX. Their shipping costs with these carriers are higher but their delivery timeframe is around 5-7 business days.

Payment info: with payments it is very easy — all payments are processed through fast and secure PayPal.
